Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital items (e.g., downloadable activities, e-books, online courses), all sales are considered final and non-refundable once purchased. I encourage you to read the descriptions carefully and reach out with any questions before completing your purchase.

Physical Fine Motor Kits: My fine motor kits are crafted to support the development of skills in a fun and engaging manner. Given the specific use and hygiene concerns with these products, I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your kit arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery, and I will work with you to resolve the issue.

Print Products (Shirts, Clipboards, Notebooks, etc.): If you are not satisfied with a print product you’ve purchased, I’m here to help. While I do not offer returns or exchanges, I understand that issues can arise. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item if there are any defects or you are unsatisfied with the quality. I promise to address your concerns promptly and ensure your satisfaction.
